25 thousands families didn't province polio vaccine in KP province

Peshawar – The Federal government has asked the KP government to send a list of those families who didn’t vaccinate their children in the province. According to health department sources, the Federal Health Ministry sent a letter to the provincial government.

According to the Health Department, 25 thousand families were not interested invaccinating their children. Sources confirmed that suggestion of a ban on those families who didn't get polio vaccines.

Mostly families from tribal area are not interested in vaccinating their children against polio. Also in some areas, especially orkazai and Khyber agency, where militants active and polio teams didn’t reach because of security reason.

According to sources, the government will dismiss these families' employees who are in government services and other position. If some families' members are privately employed, then the government tackles these people their own firms.

According to sources, the World Health Organization (WHO) has warned the government of Pakistan, that if they didn’t cover the polio cases in country, then the international community will blacklist the Pakistanis. After the blacklisting, the Pakistani people won't be able to travel to any country, especially western countries.

Terrorists have shifted to Kohat and Laki Central Prison for speedy trial

Peshawar, Provincial government has shifted the terrorist from Peshawar to Laki Marwat and Kohat central prisons. Trial of these terrorist will be start soon in these prison.

According to sources most of the terrorist detain from tribal areas and Malakand agency
During different operations and they were sent to Peshawar central prison for trial. But because of security reason and clashes with other prisoner provincial government decide to shift other prison.

Before the shifting of these terrorists provincial government asked for help the federal government to provide them army security to the two central prisons of the southern areas.

Federal government agreed to give security of Pakistan army to the two central prisons of the Laki Marwat and Kohat. After the decision provincial government made new barrack for terrorists in said prisons.


Sources confirm that more then 1000 terrorist has shifted from Peshawar and trial of these terrorist will be start in these prisons.

Sources confirmed that special courts also made for speedy trial of these terrorists and till March trial will there.

78 thousand special people jobless in Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa province, mostly were unregistered with the government and they didn’t even have identity card, which issued from Nadra for special people.

Government has issued order in 2009 for special people that they have quota in jobs In different departments, the quota for the educated special people were 2 % but department didn’t follow the rule for special people.

Department of social welfare had issued different notification to obey the government orders but still special people facing problems.

According to Mushtaq Hussein Qurashi, who’s the Chairman of the Peshawar association of the special rights government didn’t follow their own orders, he blamed the government that they issued Nadra special card for the Special person but amazing things, that common person have one window operation and special people facing problem because of no wheel chair track.

He said that special people facing problems when they out from home to make their own cards, there is no facility in public transport for special people. He said that when ever special people submit their forms for attestations we were facing problems.

Peace Lashker using their power against poor people in Matani.

PESHAWAR, An aged woman from Sambi Khel has accused police and Aman Lashker of Adezai Matani of looting her household expensive things in the garb of searching of someone involved in bomb blast occurred in Matani area.

During a protest demonstration here outside cantonment Railway Station on Saturday, Mahrooba widow of Zaman Sher while talking to media persons said that an incident of bomb blast had occurred in Sambi Khel Sra Dargai (Matani) on 11th February 2012, in which she added some people had been killed.

But the on the other day 12th Feb, she said armed men of the Lashker and police with armor van raided her home by putting allegations on the family that they were involved the bomb blast.

The raid, Mahrooba said both the Lashker and police had violated the sanctity of Char Dewari, used abusive language for women, beat them and demolished her house with bulldozer.

The aged woman said they had no lady constable while raiding and entered the home without any permission and taken away 5 tola gold, 20000 rupees, blankets, 3 goats, 3 cows, mobile set etc.

She said they had their personal enmity in the area but their rivals were influential people while the police and its ally Lashker, which had been formed against terrorism, raided her home on the behest of their feud.

“We are not in involved in the bomb blast, we are being implicated by police and Lashker for sake of our rivals,” she claimed adding, “The blast was a well-planned, which was already claimed by the militants, proved their innocence”.

She further said such kind of raid of the Lashker by the help of police had been made on her resident in 2009 damaging things cost million of rupees. Some five children of the family were also present on the occasion who were carrying placards inscribed with slogans in favor of their demands.

Mahrooba, therefore, appealed to Chief Justice of Pakistan to take notice of cruelty of Police and Lashker and an impartial inquiry of the incident. She also demanded of Governor, Chief Minister Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa and provincial police chief to take action against their rival, Lashker and police, adding that compensation for reconstruction of her destroyed home and protection from them

1000 Registered printing presses in KP province

Peshawar, KP government has completed the survey of the printing presses in province. The survey took in January 2012, according to survey only one thousand printing presses were registered with government and mostly work were unregistered.

According to survey 1000 registered printing press in working condition at provincial capital Peshawar and more then 2500 were UN registered only at Peshawar. UN registered printing presses in KP province were seven thousand.

Sources confirm that Register printing presses coordinate with provincial government but most of the printing presses, which is unregistered are making fake degrees of different educational institute, these people were also involved in fake stamps of different government departments.

The registered printing presses were register with provincial information department. According to sources mostly unregistered printing press involved in criminal activities, they give different document to criminal mostly involved in terrorist activities to provide document. And they used it to exit the country.

Pakistan ,Police Detain US Diplomat at Peshawar International Airport

Peshawar police have detained a U.S. citizen at Peshawar international airport on Tuesday morning, who was carrying ammunition from Peshawar to Islamabad.

According to S.P cantt Shabih Ul Hasan, airport security officials detained Arthur William Charles on Bacha Khan Airport in the early morning. He confirmed that Charles was detained by ASF and they sent him to Police Station West and are investigating.

According to police, Charles had a departure sheduled from Peshawar consulate to Islamabad and during searching ASF found the 17 9mm bullets, that’s why they detained him.

Police detained the U.S. Citizen at 7 am and after several hours they released the U.S. citizen.

After the release, SP cantt Shabih Ul Hessian confirmed that William Charles Arthur has a diplomatic passport and police have no right to detain him so he was released.

پشاور(سپورٹس رپورٹر آصف شہزاد اعوان)آل پاکستان انٹر بورڈ گرلزنیٹ بال ٹورنامنٹ حیدر آباد بورڈ کی ٹیم نے جیت لیا،فائنل میچ میں فاتح ٹیم نے فیصل آباد کو14کے مقابلے میں 16گول سے شکست دیکر ٹرافی اپنے نام کرلی،گوجرانوالہ نے تیسری پوزیشن حاصل کی۔تعلیمی بورڈ پشاور کے گرائونڈ پر کھیلے جانیوالے آل پاکستان انٹر بورڈ نیٹ بال ٹورنامنٹ میں پشاور،حیدرآباد،ایبٹ آباد،کراچی ،گوجرانوالہ،فیصل آباداورمردان بورڈزکی ٹیموں نے حصہ لیا۔گوجرانوالہ اور حیدرآباد کی ٹیموںکی کھلاڑیوںنے بہتر کھیل کا مظاہرہ کرکے فائنل تک رسائی حاصل کی ،جنکے مابین کھیلے گئے فائنل میچ میں حیدر آباد کی ٹیم نے 16جبکہ فیصل آباد کی ویمن ٹیم نے 14گول کئے ۔فاتح ٹیم کی جانب سے چندہ،عارفہ،صبائ،انعم،صوبیہ،نوالعین اور سارہ نے بہترین کھیل پیش کیا۔جبکہ تیسرے پوزیشن کیلئے منعقدہ میچ میں گوجرانوالہ بورڈ کی ٹیم نے مردان کو 6-10سے ہراکر تیسری پوزیشن کی حقدار ٹہری ۔

Attack on police, 1 killed 8 injured in Swabi On 11th Feb.

Swabi 11 Feb. An unknown person attacked police in the Swabi area on Friday night, resulting in one death and eight injuries. According to police, the officers were returning from duty at the Pakistan Tehreek Insaf political party demonstration to Mardan when the vehicle come to Swabi road and an unknown person threw two hand grenade at the vehicles

After the attack, the assailant ran away from the spot, leaving behind one dead, and eight injured, including one woman. After the incident police cordoned off the area.

Imran khan was safely out of the area.

The injured were sent to Mardan hospital for medical treatment and observation.

Hashim Khan wins Super Mr. Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa title in Peshawar

Peshawar , Hashim Khan grab Super Mr. Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa title-2012 amidst thundering applauses in the jam-packed indoor hall of the PSB Coaching Center where more than 100 musclemen given their appearances in the Contests for Super Mr., Mr. and Junior Mr. Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa here Sunday night.
Afresh from winning gold medal in the recently concluded Mr. Pakistan Bodybuilding Contest, Hashim Khan when came on the well decorated stage he received prolonged applauses from the capacity crowd present on this occasion.
The Junior Mr. and Mr. Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa won by Ihsan and Qadeer Ur Rehman.
Held under the aegis of Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa Bodybuilding Association, there were three different weight classes for the juniors including 60kg, 65kg and above 65kg, four weight classes for the senior category like 65kg, 70kg, and 75kg and above 75kg and a single class for Super Mr. Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa like 90kg weight.
A panel of judges comprising Chief Judge Tariq Pervez, who is also an international technical official and represented Pakistan in various international events, Zulfiqar Ali Butt, Sher Shah, Shehzad Muhammad, Khitab Shah thoroughly witnessed the show of the participating musclemen before short-listing the final three players in each of the categories.
Provincial Minister for Sports Syed Aqil Shah, Executive Director Bank of Khyber (BoK) Mir Javed Hashmat, Secretary Information Hanif Orakzai, Director General Engr. Khanzeb Khan, Rehman Ullah Khattak (vice president of BoK), and President Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa Bodybuilding Association Haji Ibrahim were graced the occasion as guests of honor and gave away the prizes.
Musclemen from Mardan, Nowshera, Charsadda, Swat, Dir Upper, Dir Lower, Kohat, Haripur, Abbott bad, Charsadda, Buner, Bannu, Dera Ismail Khan and host Peshawar took part.
