25 thousands families didn't province polio vaccine in KP province

Peshawar – The Federal government has asked the KP government to send a list of those families who didn’t vaccinate their children in the province. According to health department sources, the Federal Health Ministry sent a letter to the provincial government.

According to the Health Department, 25 thousand families were not interested invaccinating their children. Sources confirmed that suggestion of a ban on those families who didn't get polio vaccines.

Mostly families from tribal area are not interested in vaccinating their children against polio. Also in some areas, especially orkazai and Khyber agency, where militants active and polio teams didn’t reach because of security reason.

According to sources, the government will dismiss these families' employees who are in government services and other position. If some families' members are privately employed, then the government tackles these people their own firms.

According to sources, the World Health Organization (WHO) has warned the government of Pakistan, that if they didn’t cover the polio cases in country, then the international community will blacklist the Pakistanis. After the blacklisting, the Pakistani people won't be able to travel to any country, especially western countries.
