Pak Afghan T20 Cricket match started with the help of local afghan in Peshawar.



Peshawar, Pakistan T20 cricket federation organized cricket match of Pakistan and Afghanistan cricket team in Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium Peshawar on Sunday.

Governor KP Massod Kauser has inaugurated the opening match of Pak Afghan T20 Cricket series. In current series Pakistan and Afghanistan will played 3 matches in Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium. First match played today on 19 February. The schedule of the matches is 20 and 22 February 2012

Afghan counselor in Peshawar also attends the inauguration ceremony at Arbab Niaz Cricket stadium.

The management of Pakistan T20 federation has shown pak afghan T20 match as international match and Pakistan Television government base TV show the match live from Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium.

The amazing fact of the match that most of the cricketer from Pakistan team never played any international match nor they participate in any match in national level. Most of the cricketer of the Pakistan cricket based to FATA area only Yasir Hameed of the Pakistan Cricket team was in match , whose lead the FATA cricket team , which shown as Pakistani cricket team.

Another amazing fact of the T20 match in Peshawar Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium that most of the afghan cricket, which shown from Afghanistan basically from Peshawar and they lived here in Peshawar.

The Captain of the Afghan Cricket team Hasti Gul basically from Peshawar, he was the ex Cricket player of Afghan Cricket team but was kick out because of bad performance from cricket and he have no affiliation with afghan cricket.

The member of afghan cricket team Abdullah Mazari basically afghan and live at Nowshera District and doing as Cloth business. He was cricketer of afghan team but now have no affiliations with Afghanistan cricket.

Another amazing and harsh truth of the afghan cricket team, that Hashmat Khan of Pakistan cricket local team Malik Club captain attached with afghan team as coach. During match he organized all things for afghan team. But he is also the coach of Peshawar police cricket team.
He admits it with media talk “that he also attached with Peshawar police team as coach”.


The Provincial Governor of Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa has address during inauguration of the T20 match. He said “we damn care match win or loose, if any team wins it’s our own team “

The afghan Counselor General Said Mohammad Ibrahim also talk with the media and said that “play for peace is good work through cricket we will able to make peace in our countries.

The Senior Vice President of the T20 cricket Federation Syed Kashif Uldin talk with about the local afghan cricketer in afghan team, he said “Because of NOC (No Objection Certificate) afghan Cricketer can not play in T20. So we organized local Afghan for match, he admit that most of the cricketer have no affiliation with afghan cricket team.

Sajid Khan Grade one empire of the Pakistan cricket board and Iqbal Butt international empire of the Pakistan cricket board were empire of the T20 cricket series.

The Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium is only cricket stadium of Peshawar, since 2006 in the ground no international match played in Arbab Naiz Cricket stadium. The reason is no match playing is security situation of the city.

All international cricket teams visited and played in Arbab Niaz cricket stadium before 2006, some matches of the World cup cricket 1996 also played in same venue. England and South Africa cricket’s teams played the matches of the world cup on Arbab Niaz Cricket stadium.

Sports writer Ghani Ur Rehman and finance secretary of the Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa sports writer Association talk about the Pak Afghan T20 series and said “that is shame for every one that T20 federation organized a match of pak afghan teams, but there in teams no one from Afghanistan They governor of KP province and Counselor of the Afghan visited the cricket stadium but they don’t know that how much real cricketer participating.
He also said “ that Governor and Counselor talk about the play for peace , but its strange how peace come through these fake games , because mostly afghan living here and they don’t, know even in Afghanistan “
