Project Director of Italian Project seeks justice in Pakistan

Peshawar – The project director of Italian funded program of "ERLAP" early recovery of agriculture and livelihood program for conflict affected areas of malakand swat has seek justice from High Court Peshawar and he sent letter to Chief Justice that the ANP minister threatened him.

According to his letter which has sent to director Human Resources cell Supreme Court of Pakistan, and Director Human Rights Resources cell to Peshawar High Court. The Project Director Sana Ullah Khan blamed that he informed written complaint to Director General PDMA/PARRSA, but till date no action has been taken against Provincial Minister.

In a letter Project Director said that still he facing threats to his life under the unsafe and insecure atmosphere.

In a written complaint, that’s is issued by Sign of Sana Ullah on 25 February 2012, Sana Ullah said on 25 February the minister Science and Technology of Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa province came to his office with Jani Malik along his private secretary and with security guards.

After the entrance in ERALP office they locked they lock the door from inside and minister pulled out his pistol on the plaintiff using immoral language, threatened and plaintiff with dire consequences.

In a letter the Project Director of Italian funded program blamed that minister Science and Technology beat him and left the office. Also warned the director that it’s a lesson for u, obey my order otherwise he will have face the same consequences again it fail to comply.

Project Direct write in his Application to High Court that “he has to work under the approved project guidelines for the helpless and disaster / conflict affected people of swat and malakand area.

In written statement Sana Ullah said that minister demand for the fruit planets to his relatives were to be dealt as per project strategy and not comply arbitrarily.

Sana Ullah is senior officer of forest departments and presently on deputation to PDMA/PARRSA working as Project Director for Italian funded ERLAP.

Sana Ullah also stated in his written application that his office staff including Mr. Tasawar ali, Mr. Zahoor Ullah, Mr. Wajih Ul Hasan, Mr. Sher Shah, Mr. Shahzed Ahmed, Mr. Abdul Majid and Mr. Nasir of the departments were on duty, when the Minister KP science and Technology beat him and threaten.
